Okay, but delivery was slow
I bought the Cica Face Wash and the Sunscreen after seeing some reviews. Placing the order was easy enough on their site. The products themselves felt nice, especially the face wash, not too drying. But delivery took almost 8 days to reach Pune, which was a bit long. I had to follow up once with customer service, and they responded quickly, just that the delivery partner was slow. Overall, decent products, but they need to speed up shipping.
Quick shipping, nice products
Ordered the Rice Water Shampoo and Conditioner. It reached me in Chennai in 4 days. Products were well-packed. The shampoo worked well, felt gentle on my scalp. Pretty happy with it.
Good Hair Mask
I tried the Macadamia Hair Mask. It was pretty good, made my hair feel softer. Shipping took about 6 days to get to me in Delhi though. Next time I'll probably try a combo pack.
